We currently do not offer customization options. However, we have a wide variety of unique designs to choose from, and beautifully curated gift packs are also available—perfect for weddings, special occasions, or festive gifting.

We use high-quality metals and ethically sourced stones. Product-specific materials are listed in each item description. If you have allergies or preferences, feel free to reach out before placing an order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What is Open Box Delivery?

We offer open box delivery in select regions, allowing you to check your product in front of the delivery agent. If you spot a defect or damage, you can refuse delivery on the spot and inform us immediately.

What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. We’ll arrange a return, replacement, or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept general returns. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
