Eligibility for Return/Refund

Refunds & Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

At Ehtram Designs, we take great care to ensure that every piece you receive meets our quality standards. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly.

To help us facilitate a smooth and efficient resolution, we kindly request that you follow the steps below:

  1. Record an unboxing video at the time of opening the courier package. This video should clearly capture the entire process—from the sealed outer packaging to the complete unboxing of the item.

  2. Email the unboxing video to our official support team at support@ehtramdesigns.com within 24 hours of delivery.


This process is important for verification purposes and allows us to assess the issue accurately. Once we receive your video and verify the concern, we will gladly proceed with a refund or replacement, as per our policy.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence

  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify the defect before approving a return or refund

Resolution Options

Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement of the same product

  • Full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.

  • Store Credit note for future purchases

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns/refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage after usage or wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Delay in reporting the defect (beyond 24 hours)

  • Color or design differences due to screen resolution
